Pamela Anderson’s New Hubby, Rick Salomon purchase
Luxury Las Vegas Estate
Newly-wed-again couple joins other Hollywood celebrities who call Las Vegas home.
A lavish and modern Las Vegas estate sold quietly, for an undisclosed amount, to film producer
Rick Salomon and his wife, Canadian-born actress Pamela Anderson.
Coldwell Banker Premier Realty (CBPR) Previews® International luxury specialist, Patricia Rios-Franzi
showed Hollywood A-listers Anderson and Salomon several homes, and they fell in love with the details of
this Frank Lloyd Wright inspired estate. The unique 4-bedroom, over 10,000 sq. ft. home boasts of a
theater with stage, wet bar with a diner motif, a 25-foot fireplace, all sitting on the 8th hole of TPC golf
course with breathtaking views.
Several stars have joined Anderson in taking up residence in Las Vegas including Floyd Mayweather, Celine
Dion and Vince Neil. Rapper Snoop Dogg moved his family to Sin City earlier this year when his son, Cordell
Broadus, transferred to Bishop Gorman high school. Bob Hamrick, CBPR Chairman and CEO, believes
luxury buyers recognize the value in buying Las Vegas real estate not only because of the current prices, but
also because Las Vegas offers an unrivaled luxury lifestyle with more privacy and less paparazzi. This is
supported by the recent S&P Case-Shiller index, which names Los Angeles as one of the top feeder cities to
Las Vegas – another sign of stability for the Las Vegas market. Hamrick says, “Estate sales require a more
strategic partnership methodology that customizes the search; matching the perfect home with the needs
of discerning buyers. We anticipate seeing more of this type of luxury sales—especially with California
buyers; it truly is a great time to buy in Las Vegas,” states Hamrick.
Coldwell Banker Previews® International luxury brand is known for its celebrity real estate transactions.
Award winning Hollywood Director/Producer Ron Howard listed his Conyers Farm Estate with Coldwell
Banker for $27.5 million. CBPR brokered the estate sale of Las Vegas entertainer, the late Danny Gans, as
well as the January 2009 sale of the Monte Cristo mansion, once rented by singer Michael Jackson. Rios-
Franzi started with Coldwell Banker in 1987 and is a Las Vegas native. She has worked with many
celebrities including local entertainer Rich Little.
